ORDERING & SHIPPING

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders require 1–4 business days for processing before shipment depending on order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

How long is shipping?
Once processed, shipping takes 1–3 business days via our standard carrier. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping volume.

Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Please contact us directly if you have urgent shipping needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellationsno exceptions.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve any issues.


PAYMENT, SECURITY & BUY NOW PAY LATER

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout options.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
Yes! You can shop now and pay later with the following options:

  • Shop Pay Installments

  • Sezzle

  • Klarna
    These services allow you to split your payment into 4 interest-free installments or choose a flexible payment plan at checkout (subject to approval).

Do I need to verify my transaction?
Yes. To protect our business and customers from fraud, we may require transaction verification before shipping. If needed, we will contact you directly via email.

Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled if we are unable to verify payment, or if billing and shipping addresses do not match. You will be notified immediately if your order is canceled.


PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE

How long will my bundles or wig last?
With proper care, our hair can last over a year plus with proper maintenance. Be sure to follow our Hair Care Guide for tips to extend the life of your hair.

Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes, our hair is 100% virgin human hair and can be dyed or bleached. We recommend having a professional stylist perform any chemical treatments to avoid damage.

Can I apply heat to the hair?
Absolutely! We recommend using a heat protectant and keeping tools at or below 400°F.
